Welcome to FRWF

In 1993, a group of young Republican women banded together to form a new organization with the focus of educating, inspiring and encouraging involvement in our political process.  While these goals were not innovative, we determined that our application of these goals would be. By hosting evening receptions, as well as luncheons, we welcomed men to join us. Our founding members invited the highest profile speakers, and increasingly they said yes! Soon, they were calling us and offering to speak.  Among our other first were Life Memberships, a website and a Men’s Auxiliary. As a result of our rapid growth we received many membership awards and gave countless scholarships. We gained the reputation as the Republican organization with the most vibrant events and members. Today, our members are staff to elected officials, candidates and serving in elected office. Our new website is our latest application of our goal to innovate. We are Fairbanks Republican Women Federated and we invite you to join us!
